PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

WWKNOW products may include standard retail products, custom-branded products, personalized products, made-to-order products, promotional products, and wholesale bulk orders.

Product descriptions, images, specifications, sizes, colors, packaging, materials, quantities, customization examples, and pricing are provided for reference and purchasing guidance. For custom or wholesale orders, final details may require confirmation by email, invoice, artwork proof, or written communication.

We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit products, services, pricing, minimum order quantities, customization options, and availability at any time.

PRICING AND ORDER DETAILS

Prices shown on product pages may represent package pricing, standard retail pricing, custom order pricing, or wholesale pricing depending on the selected product and quantity.

For products sold in bulk or custom packages, prices shown may be total package prices for the selected quantity, not per-unit prices, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Custom-branded, made-to-order, and wholesale orders may require separate confirmation of product details, quantity, artwork, packaging, shipping method, production timing, and final pricing before production begins.

CUSTOM ORDERS, ARTWORK, AND PROOF APPROVAL

For custom-branded, personalized, made-to-order, or wholesale orders, customers may need to provide logo files, artwork, text, color references, size requirements, packaging requirements, or other production specifications.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, text, images, and other materials are accurate, legally authorized, and suitable for production.

By submitting artwork, logos, brand materials, or other content to WWKNOW, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials for the requested order and authorize WWKNOW to use them for proofing, customization, production, and order fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, artwork, spelling, logo placement, colors, sizes, quantities, packaging details, and production specifications before production begins.

Once a customer approves the proof, artwork, order details, or production specifications, the order may proceed to production. After production has started, custom-branded, personalized, made-to-order, and wholesale orders are generally non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where WWKNOW confirms a production defect, damage, or incorrect item.

COLOR, SIZE, AND PRODUCTION VARIATIONS

Product colors, printed colors, material finishes, dimensions, logo placement, and packaging appearance may vary due to screen settings, lighting, material differences, printing methods, production processes, and normal manufacturing tolerances.

Minor variations in color, size, placement, finish, or packaging that fall within normal production tolerance are not considered defects.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, incomplete information, unsupported customization requests, or orders that may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not always mean that an order has been fully accepted for production, especially for custom-branded, made-to-order, or wholesale orders. Additional review or confirmation may be required.

PAYMENT

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing.

For custom, made-to-order, or wholesale orders, production normally begins only after payment confirmation and proof or specification approval.

For large custom or wholesale projects, WWKNOW may require a deposit, full prepayment, bank transfer, wire transfer, invoice payment, or other approved payment method.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery timelines vary depending on product type, order quantity, customization requirements, production time, destination, shipping method, customs clearance, carrier conditions, and other factors.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. WWKNOW is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned shipments, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other local charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, defective items, incorrect items, and custom order issues are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-branded, personalized, made-to-order, sample-approved, and wholesale orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect and the issue is confirmed by WWKNOW.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, designs, page layouts, and branding elements, is owned by or licensed to WWKNOW unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any part of this website or its content without written permission from WWKNOW.
