RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with WWKNOW.

WWKNOW primarily provides custom-branded mobile accessories, promotional tech gifts, and wholesale order solutions. We also offer selected standard products for direct online purchase.

Because many WWKNOW orders are custom-branded, personalized, made-to-order, or produced in bulk, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

STANDARD RETAIL PRODUCTS

For eligible standard retail products that are not customized, return requests may be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us first at mobitreks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

CUSTOM, BRANDED, MADE-TO-ORDER, AND WHOLESALE ORDERS

Custom-branded, personalized, made-to-order, sample-approved, and bulk wholesale orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to, orders involving custom logos, custom artwork, custom sizes, custom colors, custom packaging, proof approval, bulk production, or products made according to customer-provided specifications.

Once artwork, design proof, order details, or production specifications are approved by the customer and production has started, the order cannot normally be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless there is a confirmed production defect, damage, or incorrect item caused by WWKNOW.

ARTWORK, PROOF APPROVAL, AND CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

For custom orders, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, logos, colors, sizes, quantities, packaging details, and production specifications before production begins.

WWKNOW is not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork, text, logo files, specifications, or approved proofs.

Color differences may occur due to screen settings, material differences, printing methods, lighting, or production processes. Minor color, size, or placement variations within normal production tolerance are not considered defects.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at mobitreks@gmail.com and include:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the problem
Photos of the packaging when applicable

We will review the case and determine an appropriate solution. If the issue is confirmed, WWKNOW may offer a replacement, remake, partial refund, store credit, or refund where applicable.

RETURN SHIPPING

For approved standard retail returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error by WWKNOW.

For custom, branded, made-to-order, or wholesale orders, returns are not accepted unless specifically approved by WWKNOW after review.

REFUNDS

If a return, cancellation, or claim is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or checkout method.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

For standard retail orders, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.

For custom, branded, made-to-order, or wholesale orders, cancellation may not be available once artwork review, proof preparation, material preparation, or production has started.
