WWKNOW primarily provides custom-branded mobile accessories, promotional tech gifts, and wholesale order solutions. We also offer selected standard products for direct online purchase.

Shipping and delivery timelines vary depending on whether the order is a standard retail order, a custom-branded order, a made-to-order item, or a wholesale bulk order.

STANDARD RETAIL ORDERS

For eligible standard retail products that are in stock, orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination, shipping method, carrier conditions, and order volume.

For standard retail orders within the United States, delivery may typically take 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

CUSTOM, BRANDED, MADE-TO-ORDER, AND WHOLESALE ORDERS

Custom-branded, personalized, made-to-order, and wholesale orders require additional time for order review, artwork confirmation, proof approval, production, quality checking, packing, and shipment arrangement.

Production does not normally begin until payment confirmation and artwork or order proof approval have been completed.

Estimated lead times vary depending on product type, order quantity, customization method, packaging requirements, material availability, production complexity, and delivery destination.

For custom or wholesale orders, WWKNOW will confirm estimated production and delivery timing after reviewing the order details.

PROOF APPROVAL AND PRODUCTION TIMING

For custom orders, customers may need to provide logo files, artwork, color references, size requirements, packaging details, or other production information.

Delays in providing required files, approving proofs, confirming specifications, or responding to order questions may delay production and delivery.

Once the customer approves the proof or production details, the order may proceed to production.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges for eligible standard retail orders may be calculated at checkout.

For custom-branded, made-to-order, or wholesale orders, shipping may be included, calculated at checkout, or quoted separately depending on the product, quantity, destination, packaging, and shipping method.

If special shipping, expedited delivery, oversized packaging, remote area delivery, or special handling is required, additional charges may apply.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, holidays, address issues, high-volume seasons, or other factors beyond WWKNOW’s control.

WWKNOW is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete before placing an order.

WWKNOW is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, returned shipments, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping costs may apply.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
