All custom orders require digital design proof review before production. Customer provides logo, artwork, size, quantity, packaging request, and destination market. WWKNOW prepares a digital design proof for confirmation. After the digital proof is approved, screen cleaner sticker sample review may be arranged when needed. Standard sample review is completed by photos and/or video taken by WWKNOW. Physical sample shipping is not included by default because samples are produced in China and international sample shipping can be expensive. If the customer requires a physical sample shipment, sample setup, shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees must be quoted separately. Backing card proof is digital only by default. Once the backing card design proof is approved, backing cards will be produced according to the approved artwork.

U.S. standard landed pricing is included for the listed 30×30 mm standard packages. The listed 500 pcs and 1000 pcs standard packages include standard economy shipping and routine import duty/tax handling to most contiguous U.S. addresses when shipped through our selected logistics route. Custom sizes, custom shapes, backing cards, special packaging, larger quantities, expedited shipping, remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, non-U.S. destinations, split shipments, and special delivery requirements require a custom quote before production.

Custom screen cleaner sticker orders are made according to approved artwork, size, quantity, and packaging details. Once the digital proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded due to customer artwork errors, approved design choices, color expectations, size choices, or change of mind. If there is a production issue, please contact WWKNOW within 7 days after delivery with photos, videos, order details, and the affected quantity. Eligible issues may include clear production errors, major quantity shortages, or finished goods that clearly differ from the approved proof.
